Your image is your digital handshake. Studies show that on most social media platforms, your photo is the first thing viewed by 96% of visitors. To maintain a true and accurate representation of your brand or family, I recommend following The 3-Year Rule: Update your professional images every three years to ensure your digital presence matches your current reality.

THE LOOK:
Wardrobe & Grooming

Solid Colors are King: Avoid busy patterns, small stripes, or checks, as these create “visual buzz” and distract from your face.

Fit Matters: Choose clothing that fits perfectly now; avoid oversized or restrictive garments that limit your range of motion.

Pressed & Ready: Ensure all clothing is pressed or steamed and transported on hangers rather than folded in a bag.

Details: Keep jewelry minimal to ensure the focus remains on your eyes. If you wear glasses daily, please wear them for the session.

Hair & Skin: If getting a haircut, do so one week prior to allow it to look natural. Avoid heavy tanning or sunburns 48 hours before your session, as redness is difficult to retouch.

Rest: Aim for 7–8 hours of sleep so you arrive “bright-eyed” and refreshed.

Brush: Clean teeth are essential for a natural, confident, and radiant smile.

Plan: Lay out your outfits and accessories the night before to eliminate morning-of stress.

CURATE: I won’t leave you “waiting and wondering”. Immediately following the shoot, we will review the images together to select your final winners.

CELEBRATE: I apply professional retouching and deliver hi-res images (Headshots: Full Shoulder-to-Shoulder Crop. This wide crop provides the most versatility for social media and modern web layouts.
